The sushi was some of the best we’ve ever had, and the hand-rolled ramen was incredible. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Four courses, and the sushi/fish/shellfish and vegetables were perfect. The tableside wasabi preparation was cool. The presentation with herbs and edible flowers was beautiful, and also the flavors of the herbs and flowers were a perfect compliment to each of the dishes. Amazing. Also:  Chef was easily able to accommodate my gluten allergy. I didn't miss out on anything!
